FEELING UNDER THE WEATHER

It is advised that you consult your Doctor if unsure to receive this form of physical treatment. If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to your appointment. Get in touch as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you have a jab booked, please wait 3 days before you make an appointment. 

LATENESS

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please arrive to your appointment a few minutes early. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other following appointments.

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

No-shows and late cancellations are difficult for our therapists, which may mean other clients miss out. You can cancel or reschedule anytime with a minimum of 24-HOURS notice. Please also understand that if you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE within 24-HOURS of your appointment time, you will be charged the FULL amount. Late arrivals will be seen for the remainder of the appointment time only. 

 

USEFUL TIP:A great way to avoid the cancellation fee is by offering your appointment to a friend or member of the family who would benefit from the treatment. Please let your therapist know of any changes with plentiful notice.

 

UNDER THE AGE OF 16

If you are under the age of 16 years old, parent or guardian consent is required in order to receive treatment. A chaperone may also be advised depending on the situation.

PAYMENTS

I operate a zero-contact payment system, therefore preferred payments are via STRIPE, LAYBUY or online bank transfers. Upfront payment is preferred to save time for your therapist after your appointment.

COVID-19

 

On arrival of your appointment, please wear a face mask and sanitise your hands.​ Our therapists will maintain room ventilation, replenish all laundry for the next client, wear face masks and sanitise areas of contact. Clients are recommended to wear a face mask, however, this is not mandatory.
