What clothes do I wear to my appointment?
Please wear loose-fitting clothing to your appointment and be aware that your therapist may ask to briefly view your movement with outer layers removed as part of the assessment. Any jewellery or piercings that may interfere with treatment will need to be removed beforehand.

Do you have showers and changing rooms on-site?
Unfortunately, we do not have these facilities, however, clients have the option to change in the treatment room or the bathroom in privacy.
Do you have on-site parking?
Due to limited on-site parking, please use the free nearby street parking available on Cambridge Terrace, Bealey Avenue, Barbados Street or Churchill Street. Free on-site parking is available on Saturdays only.
How much are the treatments?
Prices start at $70 for 45-minutes, which is ideal for a quick maintenance treatment. Please refer to SERVICES for the full price list.
How do I pay?
I operate a zero-contact payment system, therefore preferred payments are via STRIPE, LAYBUY or online bank transfers. Upfront payment is preferred to save time for your therapist after your appointment. LAYBUY payments can be performed before or after your appointment.
How do I claim from my Southern Cross Health Insurance?
The Southern Cross Easy-Claim is processed by Craig at the end of your appointment. All you need to do is provide your membership or policy number.
How do I know if my Southern Cross Health Insurance Plan includes remedial massage?
Both of the 'Wellbeing' insurance plans with the 'Body Care Module' allow you to claim from remedial massage and other modalities such as osteopathy. Please refer to Southern Cross if you have any concerns regarding your insurance plan.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email for my online booking?
Please check your spam email as well. Failing that, please contact me in case you did not receive one.
How do I get to the clinic?
If you are travelling by car, Amuri Park building can be accessed from either Bealey Avenue, Churchill Street or Barbadoes Street.
How often should I get treatment?
This depends on your general health, injuries, lifestyle, occupation, hobbies/sports, etc. Routine maintenance treatments are recommended every 3-4 weeks. Acute and/or chronic injuries may require increased frequency based on the severity.
